Taught by the best!

In July 2018, we took over from the Dutch Eel Company Ltd following their retirement. Willem and Corine taught us everything there is to know about eels, the artisan smoking process and our customers, in order to continue the superb service that they had provided for over 15 years.

We are very proud to be supplying quality smoked eels to many Michelin starred restaurants in London and around the country, as well as wholesalers and delis.
